Kenneth Liszewski, D.M.D., D.I.D.I.A, known by his patients and the BayView team as “Dr. L,” was born in Camden, NJ and grew up in the Philadelphia area. Dr. L. attended Temple University for both undergraduate studies and his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, which he received in 1986. Upon completion of his boards, he settled in Sarasota, FL and joined a busy Venice dental practice. In August 1987, Dr. L started his own practice near the Sarasota Airport. After 10 years of private practice, Dr. L began expanding the practice to what would ultimately become one the leading oral care groups in Sarasota-Bradenton, Venice and St. Petersburg. Throughout BayView Dental’s growth, Dr. L has maintained a hands-on mentorship and patient service approach that brings the personal BayView touch to patients throughout our practice today.
In building BayView Dental, Dr. L expanded to multiple locations where he and his associate dentists could combine their many years of practice and skill to serve the Sarasota-Bradenton, Venice and St. Petersburg areas in the most effective, high quality, patient-friendly and practical ways possible. As the practice grew, Dr. L stayed on the forefront of dental technology by advancing his education and studying with leaders in implantology, oral surgery and other oral care areas, earning his Fellowship, Mastership and finally his Diplomate status from the International Dental Implant Association in 2015.
Dr. L is highly experienced in all phases of General Dentistry, with a particular focus today on cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. L achieves great satisfaction sharing his knowledge and expertise with his associates and solving complex dental problems. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association and is the immediate Past-President on the Board of the Sarasota County Dental Association.
Dr. Liszewski is married to his wonderful wife, Stacy, and thoroughly enjoys his many children and their active lives. He is an avid golfer, sportsman and multi-instrument rated private pilot. His professional passion is the satisfaction he receives from using his over 30 years of experience and expertise in providing comprehensive, practical dental solutions and exceptional patient experience.
